Sales Development Representative
Hybrid with 4-days per week work from home and one day from central Belfast office
£31K, plus uncapped commission (OTE £36K year one)
Our Client, a scale-up SaaS business with a WFM product for the healthcare sector, is looking to appoint Sales Development Representatives to join its expanding Belfast-based team. The successful candidates will be responsible for booking product demos with key decision makers across UK by self-generating opportunities and following-up leads and enquiries.
Key skills & experience required:
• 2+ years experience of sales including generation of new business
• Hungry & ambitious to succeed against sales targets
• Must be proactive, target oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work in a demanding but supportive environment.
• High degree of computer literacy, preferably with familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
